72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time three/six-year Doctoral program and it is offered by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research SAS Nagar. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed in M.S.(Pharm.)- [Pharmacoinformatics/Medicinal Chemistry/ Natural Products]; M.Tech.(Pharm.) – [Bulk Drugs]; M.Sc./M.Tech.-[Bioinformatics]; M.Sc.[Organic/Physical/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biophysics/ Biotechnology/Microbiology] from any recognized university.
Admission Details
Admission to the Ph.D. Programme will be based on the combined merit obtained by a candidate in the entrance examination and interview. Interview of the eligible candidates for the Ph.D. Programme will be conducted based on the merit in the entrance examination.
