National Institute of Technology (NIT) Delhi is an autonomous Institute established in 2010, which functions under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. NIT Delhi is one of the thirty NITs established by the Government of India. The institute has been established by an Act of Parliament and declared an Institute of National Importance.
