The college offers scholarships to sponsor meritorious candidates from economically weaker sections of society. Yenepoya University offers Merit Cum Means Scholarship to B.Pharma and D.Pharma meritorious students. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit cum means. Marks secured in the qualifying examination is considered while assessing. Evaluation of means of a candidate is done only in respect of the candidate eligible for selection.
Students who secured 80% and above in class 10th, 12th/plus I examination and plus II pre-board examination/ midterm examination can apply. Students hailing from DK and Udupi District of Karnataka State and Kasargod district of Kerala State are eligible to apply. It must be noted that preference will be given to Muslim minority candidates. Candidates interested in applying for the scholarship may apply for the same in plain paper to The Secretary, Yenepoya Moideen Kunhi Memorial Educational and Charitable Trust, Yenepoya University Campus, University Road, Deralakatte with all the required documents.

Yenepoya Scholarship programme is an initiative of the Yenepoya Foundation and the Yenepoya Trust to help students pursue their higher education in the constituent colleges of the Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).In order to avail Yenepoya University scholarships, eligible students must fill the scholarship application form in the prescribed format. The amount of scholarship is subject to change every year and is published on the website of the university. Candidates must note the following points to be considered for Yenepoya University scholarships.
An applicant is eligible for concession under only one category.
The categories cannot be combined to avail the higher amount of Yenepoya University scholarships.
This scholarship does not cover the expenses such as hostel accommodation, books, examination fees etc.
The continuation of scholarship for subsequent years is based on clearing the exam in the first attempt and need to maintain a minimum of 70% in every exam. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to avail this scholarship. Students applying for scholarship under this quota must have taken part in sports/extracurricular activities and need to produce a conduct/character certificate from the HOI.
