BGS Institute of Technology (BGSIT), Mandya has a dedicated Training and Placement cell that serves as a bridge between the students and the industry. BGSIT Mandya placement cell is responsible for arranging industrial training and placements for students. BGSIT Mandya placement cell also guides final-year students in securing jobs by organising campus interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. 

The BGSIT Placement cell provides all necessary infrastructure facilities to the organisations conducting campus interviews in the BGSIT Mandya campus. The BGSIT Placement cell also prepares placement brochures in print and electronic format for distribution to relevant industries and job providers.

BGSIT Placement Process 2024

• BGSIT Placement Cell invites companies from various industries to take part in the BGSIT placement process.

• Companies accept the invitation, and their participation is confirmed.

• Interested candidates should register themselves for the placement drive and submit their documents to the BGSIT placement cell.

• Before the placement process begins, each employer must deliver a pre-placement presentation, either remotely or physically.

• In order to get selected the candidates should qualify for the tests and interviews conducted by the recruiters.

• The selected candidates will be receiving the offer letters.
