Faculty generally knowledgeable and supportive.
Core fundamentals, programming languages, and practical exposure are emphasised in many departments.
College Infra
Large urban campus (~30+ acres) with Wi-Fi, modern labs, digital library, auditorium, sports, cafeteria, medical facilities and separate hostels for boys and girls.
Spacious classrooms with projectors and high-tech equipment.

College is pretty good you can consider it I am studying information science and engineering technology in Dayanand sagar collage of engineering and recently developed our curriculum in 2025 and it's.thanks

Collage overall compus area is descent but it is only 30 acres compus is well organised lush green along with playground including mostly outdoor games but no indoor game facility also including outstanding hall for events
Placements
Placement are not good they show placement of only eligible students not of all ,only a few students got more than 10 lpa mostly don't get placement also fee is too much along with their exam and dress fee

biotechnology in pesu or dsce?
Both have their own advantage if you want strong reputation and better infrastructure with good industry connection then go for pesu biotechnology whereas if you want experienced faculties,specialised curriculum with less students then you should choose DSCE without any doubt. choose wisely according to your requirement.

is dayananda sagar college of engineering bangalore (DSCE) good in terms of placement???
hello aspirant,
dayananda sagar college of engineering doesnot have place in tier 1 colleges. it is a average college.
it has average placement record. and infrastructure is not good.
if you take computer science you may gets some placement.
i recommend you to look for some other colleges.

The regular commencement date for B.Tech classes at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is August 1st, unless it falls on a Sunday or coincides with a government holiday.
