Women's and reputed Aditya Degree College, Rajahmundry, established in 2003, beamed as a beacon of higher education for women in Andhra Pradesh. Located at the back of RTC Complex, Tadithota, Rajahmundry, this affiliated college offers a wide range of 21 courses pertaining to 6 degree programmes. Spread over an area of 2 acres of land, this institution caters to 1,472 students by a faculty of 42 dedicated members. 

Aditya Degree College for Women equipped with a wide range of facilities that go a long way in making learning rewarding. At the very core of all academic resources is a well-stocked library with a rich collection of textbooks and reference materials. The library is fully computerised and available for the students to participate in a vast wealth of knowledge. The science students have well-equipped laboratories where they can get practical experiences. Aditya Degree College for Women offers a wide spectrum of courses, catering to diverse academic interests. It has 21 regular courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Its undergraduate programmes include many B.Sc. streams, such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Technology, and the more unusual ones like B.Sc in Animation and Forensic Science. Those tending towards commerce and management can also opt for B.Com with Computer Applications, BBA, and BCA. The institution also offers a BHM course in Hotel Management. At the postgraduate level, it offers MSc courses in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Microbiology. 

Since it has such a wide variety of courses offered, the college mainly considers academic performance in the qualifying examination as the guiding principle. Admission eligibility may differ from one programme to another. For example, admission to science streams may require a strong background in the concerned subjects from the 10+2 level, while management courses look at aptitude in commerce and mathematics.
