Ajmal Law College at Hojai was established in 2018 and is an emerging college that aims at teaching law in Assam, India. This affiliated college is situated in the town of Hojai and has gained a reputation in the field of law in a relatively short time. Affiliated to the University of Lucknow, the Ajmal Law College is a co-educational institution, which is a great plus in today’s highly discriminating society. Situated in a 2-acre area, the college offers a small teaching environment suitable for learning for 127 enrolled students by 18 committed teachers. 

Ajmal Law College boasts of its up-to-date facilities, which are dedicated to improving the education of future legal professionals. Ajmal Law College currently offers two law programmes, three-year LLB course and a five-year integrated BA. Though the college is yet to expand its growth to become a full-fledged campus, it has already set up 2 degree programmes that show that it goes for the specialisation of legal education by offering multiple choices.
