The institute provides both on-campus and off-campus hostel facilities. The hostels are very comfortable for the accommodation of the outstation students. Hostel rooms are either single seater or are available on a sharing basis as per the convenience of the students. There is also a mess which serves vegetarian meals. Laundry facility is also available.

Alliance School of Law girls hostel facilities include single and double seater rooms, mess, and others. The hostel rooms are well-furnished and well-ventilated. Laundry facility is available on a chargeable basis.

Alliance School of Law medical facility includes round-the-clock ambulance for medical emergencies The medical clinic also has a full-time doctor to administer basic healthcare facilities to the students and staff members.

The institute provides gym facilities for both the boys and girls students. The gym also has a trainer to guide the students.

Alliance School of Law auditorium facilities include audio-visual systems, projectors, etc.  The auditorium is used for multipurpose activities like organising events and seminars.
