 Aqsa Women's Degree College, Bhiwandi was established in 2006. NAAC has accredited this college that offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in a large number of disciplines. The compact campus stands on 0.0431 acres with a total enrolment of 371 undergraduates strictly from the female category. 

Aqsa Women's Degree College provides a conductive learning environment to its students. The library is an important place of learning resource and holds 750 book titles, 18 periodicals, 30 e-books, and newspapers with each departmental section. Book bank facility is also available to the students. The college provides outdoor and indoor sports facilities for physical fitness and recreation. Games such as Kabaddi, Kho-ko, Dodge ball within games and indoor chess and carom can be practiced. The college has an IT infrastructural facility with 26 computers having internet facility and these are allocated to the students for digital resource access purposes. 

Aqsa Women's Degree College is offering a total of 17 courses. Undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses are being offered from here. The undergraduate courses include BA Sociology, B.Sc. Chemistry and B.Sc. Zoology of course, full-time courses in the streams of Arts, Commerce, and Science. The postgraduate programmes consist of a variety of MA specialisations in Gujrati, Marathi, Sociology, Hindi as well as Postgraduate Diploma courses. The college offers a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) course with an approved intake of 42 seats.
