Autonomous State Medical College, established in the year 2021, is situated in Fatehpur and is an emerging medical institution in India. This is Co-educational medical college situated at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, aiming to impart high quality education in Medical field. The college is located in a large campus measuring 19acres and is a university-affiliated college and is approved by NMC to assure all its education standards complies with national standards of medical education. The college has started producing an impact considering that it only has one degree programme with a faculty of 17 members. 

Autonomous State Medical College has a variety of conventional infrastructural facilities provided for the college going students and students intending to pursue college education in general. It is also used as a knowledge centre, especially where students can get anything they wish to read from, medical literature inclusive. Modern practical facilities equipped with practices modern equipment allow students to practice their clinical medicine skills across the medical specialities. Beside, for extra curriculum activities and other academic events the college has a large auditorium. The campus also provides hostels for the students of both genders to provide comfortable accommodation for the students. Autonomous State Medical College, Fatehpur, offers one full-time course, the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme. The proposed programme is a six-year comprehensive programme which is the flagship programme of the college for an approved yearly student intake of one hundred.
