The Balaji Law College admission process is based mostly on the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Law or MHCET Law, conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. The eligibility test for admission to the BA LLB course is MAH LLB 5 CET, and for the LLB course, MH-CET LAW is the qualifying examination. These entrance exams are designed to filter in only meritorious students into BLC's high-end programmes. If you are from outside Maharashtra, then you have to score atleast 100+ in mhcet to secure your seat in top mhcet colleges. Generally the cut off for ILS Pune for outsiders stand for 120 above. So prepare well.

No Balaji Law college does not provide hostel facility for its students. The student can take pg/ private hostel nearby and can attend the classes. There is common room for boys and girls to rest in the campus but there is no proper hostel facility in the campus.
