By bgp if you mean Bhagalpur Engineering College then, unfortunately you ca not get a seat at this college with a percentile of 62 . In civil branch there is only 60 seats hence it is very difficult for you to get a seat in this college.

Firstly I congratulate you on securing the rank of 2555( UR RANK) and now to answer your question, the cutoff for Computer Science and Engg department at Bhagalpur College of Engineering is 1576 and thus you can't get that department whereas you can opt for Electrical and Electronics
