RIT Bangalore offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in various disciplines in full-time mode. RIT Bangalore admissions are offered in various streams and specialisations. RIT Bangalore admission to B.E/B.Tech is based on the results of an entrance exam KCET/UGET, administered by KEA or COMEDK. 

Candidates must take the National Aptitude Test (NATA) in Architecture in order to be admitted to the B.Arch programme. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA programme must take one of the following entrance exams: KMAT/PGCET/MAT/CMAT. RIT Bangalore admissions to M.Tech/M.Arch are offered based on the marks obtained in GATE/PGCET.

• Eligible candidates must apply & appear for KEA/COMEDK CET/NATA and obtain a valid score.
• Next, candidates must submit the RIT Bangalore application form based on their performance in the entrance exam.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for RIT admission based on their CET/COMEDK/NATA scores.
• Shortlisted candidates must participate in the document verification process before paying the course fee.
• Once assigned a seat, selected candidates must get their documents verified and pay the required fees. 

At the postgraduate level, RIT Bangalore provides admission to 32 courses in regular mode - MBA, M.Arch, ME/M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. The duration of all postgraduate programmes is 2 years.

• Candidates must apply for and take the KMAT or PGCET and obtain a valid score.
• Candidates must submit the RIT Bangalore application form based on their performance in the aforementioned entrance exam.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for RIT admission based on their KMAT or PGCET scores.
• Shortlisted candidates must participate in the document verification process before paying the course fee.

RIT Bangalore MBA Admission Procedure 2025

• Students must meet the RIT Bangalore eligibility requirements.
• Following that, qualified candidates must have a valid KMAT/PGCET/CMAT/MAT score.
• Next, students must complete the application form available on the institute's official website.
• During the selection process, candidates with work experience are given preference.
• Shortlisted candidates must attend the group discussion and personal interview rounds.
• Candidates are chosen based on their performance in the admissions process, entrance exams, GD & PI performance and work experiences.
• Once assigned a seat, selected candidates must get their documents verified and pay the desired course fees.

RIT Bangalore M.Tech/M.Arch Admission Process 2025

• Students must apply for and take the GATE/PGCET in order to obtain a valid score.
• Candidates must submit the RIT Bangalore application form based on their performance in the aforementioned entrance exam.
• GATE/PGCET scores will be used to shortlist candidates for the RIT admission process.
• Shortlisted candidates must participate in the document verification process before paying the course fee.
• Once assigned a seat, selected candidates must get their documents verified and pay the desired course fees.

RIT Bangalore Ph.D Admission Process 2025

• The candidates must satisfy the RIT Bangalore Ph.D. eligibility criteria.

• Then the candidates must fill in the application form from the official website.

• Employed candidates have to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC). 

• For the selection of a candidate, a weightage of 70% to the entrance test and 30% to the performance in the interview/viva-voce is given.

• Further, a general merit list is prepared by the university, based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance test and the interview/viva-voce.

• Candidates are required to discuss their research interest/area through a presentation before a duly constituted Departmental Research Committee/Central Research Committee at the time of the interview/viva-voce.

• At last, document verification will be done followed by the RIT Bangalore fee payment.
