Bhilai Institute of Technology Raipur was established in the year 2009 as the second institution by the BIT Trust, which already governs BIT Durg. BIT Raipur is approved and recognized by AICTE and is affiliated to CSVTU. BIT Raipur is accredited by NAAC with a grade ‘A’. BIT Raipur has its reputation of being one of the most sought after engineering colleges established in Kendri, New Raipur. BIT Raipur is an affiliated college of Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai.

Big campus designed for technical education. Classrooms are modern and accessible. There is a central library with vast resources and automated labs. Provides on campus residential facilities and Wifi services.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure has not been modernised. Facilities are need to be improved in every section of the campus. There are no smart boards in classes to study. Labs should have all the required equipments. No wifi for students.

No there is no sufficient infrastructure for engineering courses, facilities can be improved as there is no smart board .Labs should be improvised so as to create professional environment . Buildings are too small.
