Bhilai Maitri College, established in the year 2002, is an affiliated college located in Risali Sector, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The campus is spread over 1.5 acres and is NCTE-approved. This co-ed institute offers three regular courses in Education. B.Ed, M.Ed, and D.El.Ed. This coeducational college with a total enrolment of 545 students and a faculty strength of 37 emphasises quality teacher education. One can feel the commitment towards education within the institute through its specialised offerings and its quest to prepare skilled educators for the future.

Among these, the college has maximum capacity for B.Ed with 200 seats followed by D.El.Ed and M.Ed with 50 seats each. Admission in Bhilai Maitri College, Bhilai Nagar is based on merit, the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations and or entrance tests. For D.El.Ed Course, the admissions are made as per the policy of State Government/UT administration. The procedure for the B.Ed. course is similar and in accordance with the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. Admission to M.Ed. is also made on the basis of merit, considering the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection process adopted by the policies of the concerned governing bodies.
