Bikali College, Dhupdhara was established in 1982 and is affiliated with Goalpara, Assam. It is a co-educational institution, accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, spread over a campus of 50 acres. At present, Bikali College has a total enrolment of students to the tune of 3,749 along with a faculty strength of 52, availing them with varied educational opportunities.

The college is supported by its provision of a horde of amenities to make students' lives easier on campus. The college offers two hostels. one each for boys and girls, accommodating 40 and 80 students, respectively. It has indoor, outdoor stadiums, etc. constructed with grants offered by UGC and Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council for the use of sports enthusiasts. The library is stocked with more than 25,000 books, among which some are rare manuscripts and periodicals. Two fully air-conditioned digital classrooms, fully equipped to make presentations and special lectures, supplement the technology-driven learning environment. A very well-equipped language laboratory is regularly maintained by the institution to develop the linguistic skills of students. 

The institution offers a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Courses offered in the institution include 30 courses: full-time BA, B.Sc, B.Com, MA programs, etc. The College offers a Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking. 

The admission process in Bikali College is mostly based on merit. College authority arranges a selection process for selecting the applicants for different courses.
