The BLS Institute of Management, popularly known as BLSIM, is one of the prestigious educational institutions that was set up in 1997. This affiliated college at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, has been engaging itself in creating future business leaders for over two decades. It offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management program and lays stress on developing professionals all-round who will be readily able to take up challenges in the corporate world.

The BLSIM has a number of facilities meant to enhance the learning experience. It has a well-stocked library with more than 10,000 books and 5,000 titles in all the aspects pertaining to studies in management. It also subscribes to more than 110 international and national journals to keep the students updated about recent happenings in the business world. Similarly, for the digitally-minded learners, BLSIM has a fully-equipped contemporary computer lab with 120 computers, all networked and internet-enabled. The classrooms within the campus are fitted with state-of-the-art multimedia LCD projectors and other electronic teaching aids to make students confident in effective corporate presentations. It therefore is aware of the importance of leading a balanced lifestyle. Thus, it has provided with facilities for sports such as an international design badminton court and indoor games: table-tenis, carom, and chess. Besides this, the institute has provided its girl students with an off-campus well-furnished girl's hostel and all other necessary facilities for accommodation.

The two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is the institute's flagship program. The course structure has been so designed as to enable students to acquire knowledge and skills so as to meet challenges in a dynamic business environment. BLSIM has been approved for intake capacity of 240 seats in the programme, thus facilitating massive numbers development of budding management aspirants every year.

BLSIM Aims to admit only the most promising students in its post graduate program in management i.e., PGDM. The institute requires aspiring candidates to take a BLS Management Aptitude Test which forms the first step in screening. Candidates who perform well in MAT then get short-listed for the next stage of selection process comprising Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Extempore presentation. Thus, the final merit list would be prepared, constituting a candidate's BLS MAT score, performance in the GD-PI-Extempore round, and academic profile.

The Institute has a health centre with first-aid facilities for the good health of its students. A cafeteria is provided on campus to help cater to different tastes with a variety of snacks and meals served in order to take care of the needs of the BLSIM fraternity.
