Located in the heart of Mumbai, Maharashtra, Bombay Teachers' Training College was founded in 1969. This co-educational institute is accredited by NAAC and moulds the future of education. In the case of B.Ed, the admission procedure is centralised and conducted by the Higher Education Directorate of the Government of Maharashtra, hence making the admission procedure for teachers on par and transparent. The D.El.Ed course also follows a similar centralised admission process with the added proviso that the college can directly admit 10 candidates under its quota.
