Chikkodi Liberal Education Society's College of Education, Chikodi was established in 2004. CLE Society's College of Education is a co-education training institution at the secondary level with the motto to provide educational training facilities to the rural masses.
The CLE Society's College of Education has been recognised under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act. 1956 New Delhi. The institute offers one undergraduate programme in the branch of liberal arts and the stream of Education. CLE Society's College of Education course is BEd at the undergraduate level. Admission into BEd is given based on the merit of the last qualifying exam.
The College is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, Government of Karnataka, and affiliated to Karnatak University, Dharwad. From the Academic 2010-11 onwards till today the Institution is affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi. CLE Society's College of Education also facilitates library, sports, medical, auditorium, IT Infrastructure and many more that can be accessed by the students.
