Chintpurni Institute of Nursing is one of the most famous institutes of Nursing education is situated at Bungal, Pathankot in Punjab which was founded in the year 2011. This affiliated college aims to prepare competent nurses that will meet the current and future healthcare needs of the country and is recognised by the INC for this purpose. Located on a large area of 25 acres the institute has good opportunities for learning and practical experiences. Chintpurni Institute of Nursing has a professional human resource pool of 25 dedicated members comprising of faculty to assist the institute in innovatively designing the health care future. The institute has four focused programmes at two levels of degrees providing for different facets of nursing training.

Chintpurni Institute of Nursing has many resources that are aimed at facilitating learning and improving learning outcomes of students. A well-established library is also available to stock up knowledge, so students are able to get access to numerous works in the sphere of nursing. To the students who are interested in taking part in sporting activities the college boasts of very good sporting facilities in order to ensure they balance between their books and their bodies. The campus also has a very active cafeteria where students and staffs can take foods, have leisure and engage in group discussions.

In all, Chintpurni Institute of Nursing provides the students only four full time programmes that continue nursing education to various levels- GNM , ANM and B.Sc Nursing etc. These programmes are aimed at offering general theoretical information and practical experience needed in a nursing profession.
