Ph.D. program in Pharmacology shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore.


Eligibility Criteria

  1. A candidate who has obtained Mastersdegree from Dayananda Sagar University or any other University recognized as equivalent securing not less than 50% of the aggregate marks prescribed for the examination, and passed entrance examination for the PhD degree course, shall be eligible for admission to the Ph. D Degree Course.
  2. A candidate with M. Phil Degree of this University or any other University recognized as equivalent there to in the concerned or cognate subject shall also be eligible for admission to the Ph. D Degree course, after passing the entrance examination as prescribed.
