About Department of Business and Industrial Management, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat
The Department of Business and Industrial Management, formed in 1970, is one of the integral constituent colleges of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat. The department has has a total of 11 faculty members. . This is a co-educational institution accredited by AICTE for its quality teaching-learning processes in the field of management and technology. The department is located on New City Light Canal Road, just opposite G. D. Goenka International School. It runs various postgraduate courses to the aspiring professionals.
The institute has quite a number of facilities to help in students' life and their academic pursuits. Boys' and girls' hostels can facilitate comfortable accommodation to students coming from outstations. A well-equipped library is provided as the knowledge hub, while IT infrastructure helps keep students in touch with the latest in technology. For the development of physical health, there is a gym and sports facilities. The campus also has a medical facility, refreshment cafeteria, and an auditorium for events and presentations.
The department is currently running three postgraduate courses out of which two are full-time programs and one part-time.

Infrastructure is very outstanding as it has good and huge space. The department is also having huge library with various books and magazines needed in MBA. Classrooms are also very good equipped with projectors.

There are all basic facilities available which are needed for the program. Wifi is there. Computer lab is there. There all the books related to program is available other than that they also provide magazines, journals amd all the management related books. Cleanliness is average.
