Doaba Polytechnic College situated at village Raipur, Tehsil Balachaur, District S.B.S Nagar established in 1998 in Punjab. It is a diploma awarding institution approved by AICTE offering course in different branches of engineering. The college offers technical education in six specialised courses, with a faculty of 12 members including professors and lecturers.
