The college offers only 1 course at the doctoral level. The Faculty Of Law PhD courses include PhD Law. The duration of the course may last up to 6 years.

• In order to get admission the candidate must meet the Faculty of Law Ph.D. eligibility criteria.

• The candidate must qualify for the PhD entrance examination conducted by the University.

• The shortlisted candidates should then appear for the interview, which may be held twice a year or more.

• Candidates who have passed the UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF), DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, or equivalent national level examinations or fellowships (as determined by the DRC) or GATE (including teacher fellowship holders), as well as teachers employed by the University of Delhi, are eligible to attend the interview, provided they have first registered on the PhD.
