The placement situation in FIT Meerut for BCA students is ordinary, and around 20–30% of the students are placed with campus placements. Either service or small IT firms are the ones visiting, and the salary package is around ₹2.5–4 LPA.

Placements in FIT Meerut for MBA students are very decent. During the latest placement process, almost 85–90% of students who were eligible got placed. The maximum package given was around 10–12 LPA, while certain students were able to achieve off-campus placements of up to 30+ LPA by themselves. The average package is around 4.5–5 LPA.
