    The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Future University is a comprehensive program that combines Ayurvedic wisdom with modern medical science.

    The program spans 4.5 years, including one year of mandatory internship, ensuring holistic learning and practical exposure.

    The BAMS curriculum covers subjects such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, medicine, surgery, gynecology, and Panchakarma therapy.

    Graduates are awarded the title of 'Ayurvedacharya' and can pursue careers in hospitals, research centers, pharmaceutical companies, and wellness tourism sectors.


    Eligibility Criteria

    The candidate must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognised Board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects, and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the case of the General category, and 40% marks in the case of Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC). The candidate must also have qualified the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET).

    Admission Details

    • Admission to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme is conducted through the Uttar Pradesh AYUSH Undergraduate Counselling Board, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The admission process is based on eligibility criteria prescribed by the competent authority and is carried out through centralized online counselling. Seats are allotted to eligible candidates according to their merit, choice filling, and availability of seats, in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
