The Global Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Kashipur, Uttarakhand, established in the year 2010, is a co-educational institute sprawling over an area of 2.5 acres and affiliated as a college affiliated with PCI approval. GIPER provides many pharmaceutical programs with 3 degrees and 5 courses under it in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The institute has an enrolment of 321 students, and the faculties are of around 16 members..

The GIPER campus consists of a lot of great facilities that have been designed to help out the students in learning. The institute has a well-equipped library holding over 5,000 books on the subject concerned with pharmacy—all the latest research studies and developments taking place in this field. GIPER has maintained, up-to-date laboratories, one of which houses a pharmacological experiment setup for practical training purposes.
