The campus is good you'll get most of engineering related equipment which used in learning engineering and practical uses of application. And not sure about canteen because it's changed. You need to rely on outside food. Outside the campus

Academics

Academics depends on every individual faculty and also adapting capacity of individual students. It is very subjective. But some faculty I would want to say very good the way they teach the way they explain the things are just awesome.

Placements

Placement based on individual student's skills that is very subjective topic but you get the ample amount of good and average companies. So you need to prepare for it and also you need to compete the other students to get best placement.
