Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana (MYSY Scholarship) | A candidate is eligible for 50% of the approved annual tuition or 50,000/-, whichever is less, for admission in Engineering/Technology at Government Approved Self Finance Institutes. Graduate students who have not been admitted into a government or grant-in-aid hostel and who live outside of their Taluka's residential area are eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 1,200 per month (for a maximum of ten months) in a year. In the first year of admission, one-time book-instrument support for the remainder of the course is available as follows: A student pursuing a degree in engineering or technology at the graduate level is eligible for a stipend of Rs. 5000/-. | Candidates for bachelor's degree scholarships must have completed class XIIth Science/General stream from a recognised Gujarat board with a minimum 80 percentile in the board exam.
