The score secured by you is a neck to neck score as per the previous year trends . So, in the year 2019 the cut off marks for the electrical branch was 66 and in the year 2018 it was 73 marks . So ,one can't really predict

It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category
