College Infrastructure
The Govt.Law college,Kozhikode is situated on the outskirts of Kozhikode,Kerala. College is affiliated to University of Calicut. College campus has academics blocks,administrative block,library block,research center, hostels,playground and canteen.
Academics
I have completed 5 year BBALLB. The quality of teaching is good.The college has a library with 15000 law books, and more than 30 types of legal and non legal periodicals. The Research center is equipped with networked computers housed in a separate building,financed by the MP fund.
Placements
The college a career and counselling cell that helps students with placement opportunity in the legal profession. They help in identifying various job opportunity in the local as national region to explore various placements and give on job training.
Value for Money
Overall the course fees is very less as it is a government college. The total fee per year is 3000, Exam fee has to be paid every semester. Many scholarships have been issued by state government. The admission for the college is via the common entrance exam conducted by Controller of exam.
Campus Life
Our college is the third Law college in the state. The college become a full fledged institution having an average of 730 students on the rolls during the year 2008-2009. Our campus is ragging free. College conducts many fests for students.
