Government Nagarjuna Post Graduate College of Science was founded in the year 1948 and is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. It has a total campus area of 43.25 acres and is an NAAC-accredited college. The faculty strength is 45 through its 27 courses in five degree programmes. It has a diversified student strength, wherein 54% of the students are males and 46% are females at the undergraduate level. Total enrolment  of students in all courses is 2,714, which indeed is a considerable number of seats in almost each of the popular programmes. This college specialises in different science disciplines wherein the students get thorough education in subjects like Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Defence Studies.
