Admission to the first and direct second year of Diploma in Engineering courses is done through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Candidates who are not granted through the counselling conducted by DTE can apply through the CAP process. GTMC, Nanded admission to B.Tech courses is offered through MHT CET counselling. However, admission to other courses are offered based on the merit list prepared by the authority. A detailed admission process is described below.  

• Eligibility criteria: GTMC, Nanded has set specific eligibility criteria for each program. Aspiring candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the specific course. 

• Application process: Interested candidates need to fill out an online application form and submit it within the stipulated time. The application form needs to be submitted by paying the requisite application fee. 

• Submission of documents: Applicants must submit the required essential documents including academic transcripts, certificates, identity proof and passport-sized photograph. 

• Merit list: After verification of all required documents, the authority displays inter-se-merit lists of the candidates. Candidates must update admissions and cancellations after the merit list has been displayed. 

• Allotment of seats: Candidates accepting the seats need to receive an admission offer and pay the required fees within the stipulated time to confirm their admission.
