Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma course approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The PGDM institute offers a total of 7 specializations and you can opt for dual specialization there. The specializations IBI offers are - International Business, Human Resource Management, Finance Management, Marketing Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Operations & Supply Chain Management. • Marketing - This is one of the most traditional specializations in PGDM College and is known for its high-paying jobs. Marketing requires students who have a creative and innovative skill-set. And, after completing the course, you can work in an advertising agency, a corporate company’s marketing department, a digital marketing company, or in the sales team. The marketing specialization is ideal for aspirants that are enthusiastic, sociable, and have a unique ability to solve the customer's problems with creative solutions.
• Human Resource - Human Resources management helps to manage the resources in an organizational structure. This is a traditional PGDM specialization for students who have outstanding people skills and wants to help companies utilize their personnel to their optimum levels. It is one of the most important parts of every organization and is developing at a remarkable speed.  
• Finance - If someone is good with numbers and has a liking for the finance and banking industry, this is the perfect specialization for you. One of the most significant aspects of taking finance is that there are several high-paying jobs in most businesses for finance experts. Or you can desire to become a CFO and support companies to make more profits in the future.
• Business Analytics - Today, every business relies on data and analysis to move forward. If you have wonderful research and analytical skills, you can think about taking this specialization in your PGDM program. And, you can study a lot about science, statistics, research, and technology as you will develop the skills to deal with the quantitative analytics of a business.
• Operations & Supply Chain Management - Now let's understand operations & supply chain management. We all understand productivity is the key to success for every business.
