Ideas Nursing College and Advance Studies was established in 2006 and is situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This co-educational institution is an affiliated college recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Located in a vast piece of land of 7.823 acres, the college’s main niche is to offer quality nursing courses. At present, Ideas Nursing College has got a faculty strength of 43 members and it delivers two full time nursing courses. The college has directed it’s vision to producing competent health care professionals in the college as the nursing profession requires both theoretical knowledge and skills.

Ideas Nursing College and Advance Studies has facilities that have been established to improve the learning for the students. The library is a knowledge centre where nurses and others interested in nursing find a variety of literature and other materials. The utilisation of information technology in the college helps the students in the college attain to technological development of the health sector. First aid facilities are also available in health centre which is on the campus. The college pays a lot of attention to provide quality residential facility and there are different hostels for boys and girls. The boys hostel is able to house thirty-eight student in nineteen twin-seater rooms and the girls hostel is able to accommodate forty-two students in twenty-one twin-seater rooms. The two hostels are well furnished, well ventilated with internet facilities hence providing the students with a worthy environment that compliments learning.

Ideas Nursing College and Advance Studies offers two full-time nursing courses, GNM and B.Sc Nursing. The GNM programme have an intake capacity of 40 students, and the B.Sc Nursing have an intake capacity for 20 students. Each of these programmes takes four years, offering academic education that prepares nurses to work in a number of aspects of nursing care. Focus on these two central nursing programmes allows the college to provide concentrated attention to nursing education needed to produce nursing graduates capable of meeting current and future health care setting challenges.
