According to my research on both the colleges I would suggest you to go for IIMT.
As the placement of IIMT is far better than LNCT. The highest package offered in IIMT ranges around 12-15lpa and average is around 4.5lpa whereas in LMCT the highest package offered is 4lpa

All the 4 colleges that you have named are average Engineering colleges with almost the same pros and cons shared amongst them. The question then
Infrastructure is average. Mba classes have AC.. And well maintained. It has good computer labs. Have sepated halls for seminars and all and have good classrooms equipped witd projecter and smart monitors.
Infrastructure is good. Not ac in classes. Have a good library.. A centralised AC hall... And have good grounds for playing vaious sports like football, basketball, cricket. Hostel is good, have attachd washroom.
The college infrastructure is quite good and the facilities in there are also good like there is good neat and clean classrooms, wifi, hostels and they are maintained very well, and the place is also hygienic.
