Invertis Institute of Management Studies which is also known as IIMS Bareilly, a renowned Institution in Uttar Pradesh. IIMS Bareilly was approved by AICTE and was recognised by UGC. The college offers courses at three levels which are undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in the field of management and commerce.

Invertis Institute of Management Studies provides full-time UG and PG programmes such as BBA, B.Com (Hons), MBA, MCom and PhD. in Management. The institute focuses on experiential learning, industrial exposure, and entrepreneurial development with a strong faculty base.

Since the institute is a part of Invertis University, Bareilly, it conducts admissions based on the Invertis University Common Admission Test (IUCAT) and also accepts scores from national-level exams like CAT/ MAT/ATMA/MBA. The eligibility criteria and selection process vary by programme.
