24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University, Kolkata.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification, equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
Admission Details
- The admission modalities follow the guidelines of WBUTTEPA and WBBPE, as well as N.C.T.E. Reservation of seats SC/ST/OBC/PH and other categories as per N.C.T.E./ WBUTTEPA / Govt. of W.B. Rules. For this purpose, they must furnish the certificate issued by the appropriate authority.
- There shall be a relaxation of Marks and Seats for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH per the Rule of the Govt. of West Bengal /WBUTTEPA. / N.C.T.E.
- No age bar for B.ED.
