Jagran College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Kanpur, was established in the year 2006 and is an affiliated college right in the heart of Kanpur city, Uttar Pradesh. This institute, spread over a compact 1.25 acres of campus, has been running successfully since more than a decade and a half and creating young minds. The institution has a total enrollment strength of 2,813, with a faculty strength of 56 and courses numbering 8 in various degree programs numbering 7. Therefore, this college is proud to have introduced quality education in streams of arts, science, and commerce, thereby catering to the varied academic interests of the student body.

The Jagran College of Arts, Science and Commerce has variety courses that help in catering to diversified interests in higher education of students. Among these, 8 courses are full-time undergraduate and post-graduate courses. Undergraduate courses include B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, and B.Com (Hons), along with other courses in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, and Zoology.

The admission process in this institution is transparent and merit-based. The BBA course is admitted based on the marks obtained in the Class XII examination with due consideration to personal interviews. Similarly, the M. Com course admission is also on the basis of merit (marks obtained in B. Com / BBA) cum personal interview. The academic calendar of the college is followed strictly according to the guidelines of CSJMU. Regular admissions procedure are initiated subsequent to the declaration of Class XII results.
