B.Tech Chemical Engineering - Batch of 2029-01-01
Academics
Academics are taken seriously. Most professors explain concepts clearly and support students who show interest. Internal exams and assignments are regular. Practical learning depends on student effort.
College Infra
The campus is spacious and calm. Classrooms are average but usable. Chemical labs have required equipment, though some instruments are old. Library is helpful for exams. Hostels and canteen are okay, but maintenance can improve. Overall, infrastructure is functional
Campus Life
College conducts annual fests, technical events and department programs. Chemical department fest creates good exposure. Sports, NCC and clubs are available.
Placements
Placements for Chemical Engineering are average. Around 60–70% students get placed. Core chemical companies are limited, so many opt for IT or off-campus roles. Average package ranges 3–4.5 LPA. Good skills and internships matter a lot here.

Academics focus more on theory than practical learning. Some professors explain concepts well, while others stick to textbooks. Syllabus follows university norms but lacks industry exposure. Students who self-learn and practice outside class benefit the most.
College Infra
The campus is large and peaceful with enough space for academics and hostels. Classrooms and labs are functional but not modern. Library is useful for exam prep. Hostels are affordable but need better maintenance. Overall, infrastructure is average and usable.
Placements
Placements are moderate and depend heavily on student effort. Mostly service-based IT companies visit the campus. Average packages are around ₹3–5 LPA. Training and internships help improve chances, but core company opportunities are limited.

In my college there are the required necessary infrastructure and the facilities too like smart boards,wifi for every room in the department and the living places are also near and clean and well maintained including the food is hygienic.
Campus Life
Campus Life is very much memorable and is beautiful
And every student could become a friend of the faculty too.
Placements
the quality of placements at my college is nice
