Josco College of Nursing is attached with Pheba Nursing Hostel. Well furnished rooms and recreational facilities are provided for the students. Staff quarters are available for teaching faculties. Mess facility is available in the hostel for the students with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods.

The medical camp will provide an opportunity for the community to get access to free treatment and health education with an aim of improving their health.

The mission of the Library is to facilitate the creation of new knowledge through the acquisition, organization, and dissemination of knowledge resources and providing for value-added services. The Institute has an excellent library with a huge repository of numerous latest books & number of titles on various academic and applied aspects of the study of Medical-surgical nursing, fundamentals of nursing, obstetrics & gynecological nursing, community health nursing, nursing research, Pharmacology, Biostatistics, Nursing Management, and computer applications which include foreign and Indian editions and titles covering all functional areas in the course. Institute subscribes to a number of journals, newspapers, magazines, etc. every year for the use of students and staff. Apart from borrowing books, you have access to the reference section collection mainly contains, encyclopedias, handbooks, dictionaries, directories, atlases, and some rare collections. In addition, students are also given access to the digital library for further enhancement of knowledge.

The college is very near to a bus stop, auto stand and railway station Mavelikara, Chenganoor & Kayamkulam. We have a total 3 buses for the transportation of our students.

FUNDAMENTAL LAB Fundamental Lab is well equipped with adequate modern instruments, manikins and mobile CPR models on which students are allowed to practice their procedures before encountering the patients. MCH LAB Child Health Nursing has all the necessary articles needed for the students to perform their child health care procedure. The lab is equipped with manikins, models of the pelvis, fetal skull, placenta and spongy fetus to practice different mechanism of labor. It is also equipped with a variety of instruments and labor kits. COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING LAB Community Health Nursing lab is equipped with adequate community lab instruments, community bags, AV Aids & family folders. NUTRITION LAB Crockery, adequate fuel, and store are available for the nutrition & dietetics practical. Well qualified faculties are available to train the students in subjects like nutrition & dietetics. PRECLINICAL SCIENCE LAB We have a well-equipped lab with three skeleton, bones and different specimen.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
