Kalyani Government Engineering College also known as KGEC Kalyani was established in the year 1995 by the Government of West Bengal. The Kalyani Government Engineering College courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It's one of the oldest colleges in West Bengal. It have old buildings as well as New Buildings. Hopefully the infrastructure will improve with proper funding. Labs are outdated. There are funding shortage as well as good will. So yes infrastructure is poor to average I would say.
