Kamla Nehru College, Korba, was established on the 1971 landscape of Chhattisgarh, India. This is a co-educational affiliated college that offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses and recognises the stamp of approval by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The campus is located in a compact place that covers 1.6133 acres, accommodating a number of 1,711 whole-strength students with 62 faculty members.

The Kamla Nehru College is committed to providing students with a conducive learning environment, alongside modern facilities. The library, started along with the establishment of the college in 1971, has an excellent collection of books on all faculties, numbering in excess of 22,000. The facility in the form of an adequate reading hall is made open to students during summer vacations as well.
