Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management was established in the year 1995 in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. This affiliated college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, and has a campus of 5 acres. It offers three full-time degree courses with a total enrolment of students being 149 and 7 faculty members and so has a good student-faculty ratio. 

The institute has given a lot of facilities for making student life easier. There are separate hostels for boys and girls, with a comfortable living environment featuring TV rooms, guest rooms, and indoor sports amenities. KAIM's focus on comprehensive development is reflected in its well-equipped gym and outdoor stadium, which can accommodate over 10,000 spectators. The institute also maintains an indoor stadium for badminton and table tennis. For academic pursuits, KAIM offers a modern computer lab with 120 Pentium computers and broadband internet connectivity. The library is a mine of knowledge providing more than 14,000 books and titles, national and international journals, reports, and multimedia resources.

KAIM offers a total of three full-time courses across different disciplines. At present, the academic programmes of the institute include one postgraduate programme, MBA, and two undergraduate programmes. The courses are so designed that they would instill in the students strong fundamental concepts in their respective branches so that they can have a successful corporate career.
