KGDM Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Niphad, was established in the year 1971 and is located in the Niphad Tehsil of Maharashtra. The college is NAAC accredited and offers a diverse array of courses within the three streams: arts, commerce, and science. 7-acre sprawled college has a total of 1,122 students and 30 faculty members. The KGDM college offers courses in science, arts, social science, commerce, management, and other related disciplines at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a total of 9 courses across 6 degrees.

KGDM Arts, Commerce, and Science College has provided state-of-the-art facilities for enhancing the student's experience so that they get quality education. One of the unique features is the Girls Hostel accommodating 60 students with amenities in the parent's waiting room, doctor's room, and a spacious mess hall. The library was also established when the college was first founded in 1971. Over the years, it has blossomed into an integrated resource centre covering 6,475.57 sq. ft., holding a wide variety of books and periodicals. Apart from this, laboratories equipped with all facilities are available for practical learning; an auditorium is there for events and seminars; and a canteen is there for refreshments. In-house health centre facilities with first aid amenities and a gym are available with wide sports infrastructure consisting of grounds for football, kho-kho, handball, and many other games. 

KGDM Arts, Commerce, and Science College offers, as a whole, 9 courses. The courses are both undergraduate as well as postgraduate ones. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate applications in several programmes. These include BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA Economics, and M.Com programmes. The institute is also offering skill-based education through its vocational courses, which range from the B.Voc in Tourism and Service Industry to the B.Voc in Soil and Water Conservation, with 50 intakes in both courses. That implies an approved total intake for all courses stands at 1,122 students.
