KGR Institute of Technology and Management, Keesara offers assistance to students in career planning and securing responsible positions in the industry. KGRITM Keesara placement activities include Role plays, Case Assignments, Group Discussions, Writing Assignments, seminar presentations, Mock interviews, and Internship projects. KGRITM Keesara placement cell plays a vital role in facilitating the student to enhance competency matrix to become employable. 

The placement team conducts placement activities around the clock for the final-year students at KGRITM Keesara.

• Vigorous training is supplied by the training department.  
• Students will be instructed on communication skills, soft skills,, Technical skills, arithmetic skills and reasoning skills. 
• The placement officer arranges frequent pre-placement talks and presentations arranged by the various companies on the campus.
• Collaborate with various industries, execute memorandums of understanding (MoUs) for recruitment campaigns, and host seminars to educate students on the most recent advancements in a variety of vocations.
• Set up a company-specific training session to help students. 
• Aptitude test, group discussion, technical interview and issuing of offer letters.
• Each student has a feedback session following each recruitment drive to assess their performance.
