Kings College of Engineering Pudukkottai was established in the year 2001 as a self-financing private institution located in the heart of Tamil Nadu. The college currently has a student strength of 884 and a dedicated faculty team of 100 members. Kings College of Engineering offers a total of 11 full-time AICTE-approved undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering disciplines.
The institution is accredited with a NAAC ‘B++’ grade and functions as an Autonomous College affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. In my college canteen, a lot of non-veg foods are available, like chicken fried rice, chicken biryani, egg omelet, chicken 65, and mutton biryani. Every classroom is broad in space and can hold upto 60 to 70 students a class. Every classroom has a projector and smart class. The hostel rooms are also well maintained and the eco-friendly environment gives a homely feel. The canteen food is average.
