The major responsibility of the cell is to collaborate with several pharma industries and hospitals and invite them to conduct a campus drive. Through the placement cell at KMCHCOP, Coimbatore, students get an opportunity to bag jobs in the field of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
The placement cell collates the data of the interested student and sends it to the recruiters from pharmaceutical industry, hospital and academia. Students who are in their final year students of B.Pharma, M.Pharmacy and Pharm D programs are all eligible to enroll in the placement activities. As per the official website, about 88% of the students got placed while 12% of the students opted for further higher education in the field of Pharmacy in the past years.
