KSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, was started in 2001 as an affiliated college of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Located on a 3-square-metre area, the institute provides 24 different courses in total across nine degrees. KSG College has the charisma of a distant facility as a student-teacher ratio, whereby the college boosts students’ enrolment by 1,225 and 48 faculties. Currently, the institute has a slightly more centralised gender distribution of the students; there are 581 male students and 455 female students.

The college offers facilities that will supplement the learning facilities of the students of the college. The library alone occupies an area of 3,500 sq. ft. and has a collection of more than 14,000 books and over 1000 reference books, thirty-six journals, and thirty-four periodicals. It provides its clients a broadband internet connection and intends to launch the tote electronic information services as well as open-access e-resources. The college has a boy’s hostel and a girl's hostel, each accommodating 50 students and offering cheap and quality foods. Sport lovers can wade in the spacious gym and take advantage of other facilities for indoor and outdoor activities. The IT facility is sound and includes an air-conditioned computer laboratory of 3,500 sq. ft. with 400 modern high-configuration systems and 3 other computer laboratories with high-speed broadband connectivity.
