Lumding College was founded in the year 1959 and is a co-educational institution situated in the area of Lumding, Assam. This affiliated college is spread over 4.5 acres of land and has accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. There are 2,299 students enroled and a faculty strength of 27, with 19 courses running across 6 degree programmes. The student body consists of 637 male and 780 female students, reflecting a balanced sex ratio.
